Blended Impact is proud to partner with the Inland SoCal Accelerate Hub in its quarterly tracking and reporting of innovation related small businesses in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties. The Inland SoCal Accelerate Hub is one of only thirteen across the state of California designated as an Innovation Hub and supported by the California Office of the Small Business Advocate under the Accelerate California Inclusive Hubs program. The Inland SoCal Accelerate Hub (I-HUB) received its designation in April 2024 and launched in July 2024, with the designation lasting up to five years from the state.
Led by the UCR Office of Technology Partnership, the I-HUB is comprised of multiple entrepreneurial support partners across the three counties coordinating programs and support, access to capital, and jointly reporting quarterly outcomes. See below a synopsis of the most recent quarterly reporting.

Our research team consists of Ph.D. researchers at top universities both in the U.S. and abroad specializing in data analysis, management consulting, economic policy, and the climate landscape to name a few. We augment this team with private sector interviews with investors, businesses, and project sponsors to create a robust view of the ecosystem.
We have developed proprietary research and reporting around emerging innovation ecosystems utilizing a combination of private and public sources. This information quantifies inputs from the educational systems, local government, incubators, industry, and more to quantify the economic impact of startups in growing ecosystems.
We have also developed proprietary research and reporting for local government specific to the Opportunity Zones incentive to track adoption and the potential economic impact.
