We elected to convert our corporate structure into a benefit corporation in March 2021, to promote economic opportunity beyond job creation in the course of our work, and any other benefit for the society or environment.

Certified B Corporation
In October 2022, we completed the verification with BLab USA to become a certified B Corporation. After a review of various impact reporting methods, we chose to use B Corporation's Impact Assessment for our annual 3rd party assessment due to the comprehensive and clear nature of the tool.
We are the first known B Corporation to be headquartered in the City of Riverside, California.
