Mika Jain joined the Blended Impact team in 2024. She leads the Tech and Asset Management (TAM) talent development fellowship for early adults in priority emerging ecosystems. This initiative is led by our affiliated nonprofit Community Development Corporation arm, Blended Impact Labs.
Mika began her career as an educator with Teach for America and she was later on the founding staff of KIPP Ignite Academy, where she taught art and social-emotional learning to over 360 students. Since leaving the classroom, Mika has found a niche in entertainment philanthropy and has worked directly with the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, Gilead Foundation, Goldie Hawn's MindUP, Karlie Kloss’s Kode With Klossy, and The Oprah Winfrey Charitable Foundation to name a few.
Mika is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in Music Education and holds an M.S. in Early Childhood Education from Dominican University. She is currently completing her second graduate degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Social Entrepreneurship.
